I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families and groups who want to work through the concerns and problems they are facing. Additionally, I offer a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the GLBTQ community. I help clients recognize patterns of behaviors and present alternative points of view that reinforce positivity and decrease negativity in their lives.
I work with clients who are experiencing difficulty with transitions, grief/loss, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety. Also, clients needing to improve their communication skills and awareness. I believe that everyone's life can be enhanced by therapy. If clients are willing to put in the time and effort, the rewards can be immeasurable.
