My mission is to work with you in making the changes to transition into the next phase of your life regardless of your past circumstances.
Journey of Transitions is a private mental health counseling practice offering therapeutic services for a variety of mental health needs. In addition to the services listed we also offer mobile home based therapeutic services, supported employment, dual diagnosis and addictions treatment.
