The therapists in our practice utilize various modalities to assist clients. This includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT,) Trauma-Informed Care, EMDR, and person-centered. I myself offer an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach and having graduated from IFS Level Two, am comfortable and happy to work with parts.
