I received specialized training in therapy for children 0-6 years old. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, play therapy for young children, family therapy, and parenting support. My therapy technique will vary based on your individual needs. My approach is warm, supportive, strengths-based, and solution-focused.
