As a Licensed Psychologist I have helped many clients with a variety of life challenges. I approach therapy as a collaborative process where you and I will work together to help you succeed. You will be warmly met with compassion so you can comfortably explore your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, caregiver support and adjustment difficulties.
I am especially passionate about helping those who have been impacted by brain injury, dementia, chronic illness, or stroke. Life events of this magnitude can leave a person or their caregiver with intense feelings of depression, anxiety and stress.
