I work with my clients to co-create a therapeutic relationship to work through experiences emotional/mental suffering related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship conflict/issues. I welcome clients who want to increase connected experience and emotional capacity based on an authentic understanding of self, seeking a greater depth of awareness around emotional pain so that new potentials can arise. In my practice, I create a space that's compassionate and nonjudgmental, authentic and honest. Together, we work to move through pain and distress consciously- with awareness, intention/self-direction and creativity.
In sessions, I create a space that’s compassionate and nonjudgmental to engage with the full range of emotional experience, drawing on our capacity to hold and navigate complexity with creativity. My work incorporates a variety of theory and technique, but is based in contemporary psychodynamic/psychoanalytic and somatic approaches to healing.
Beginning therapy can be exciting and intimidating- and the therapeutic relationship is essential to lasting growth and healing. I work with my clients to develop a meaningful and generative therapy and I welcome the opportunity to meet you where you're at in the process and help you on your journey of healing and self discovery.
