Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
MBSR is an 8 week evidence based training designed for stress management a to assist people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and pain. This course is offered as a hybrid model allowing for virtual or in person attendance. Next class starts January 24, 2024.
