My educational training integrates personal coaching with traditional theories about making and sustaining change. I'm solution focused and goal oriented. I will be attentive to your needs without wasting time. I enjoy helping adolescents, seniors and all ages in between find strategies for moving forward in life with maximum health and joy.
I enjoy helping individuals, couples & families meet challenges, improve relationships, adjust to major changes, & cope with personal losses. I developed a nationally recognized Bariatric Surgery aftercare program for durable recovery from morbid obesity & was licensed in Pennsylvania for many years as a Guidance Counselor, & a Marriage & Family Therapist.
