To achieve these goals, I believe that a customized approach in therapy is most effective in helping people make positive changes in their lives.
My approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and brain science therapies to include neurofeedback/biofeedback. I have had extensive training to include EMDRIA certification in EMDR, EMDR consultant, on the Faculty with the Center For Excellence in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and advanced training in Neurofeedback/ Biofeedback. My experience as a martial arts instructor over 30 years has taught me the importance of meditation and the mind-body connection.
