“I have been trained in a unique approach to therapy called Process Work, developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell. Process work is a dynamic and transformative approach which uses Jungian psychology, Taoism and physics. It offers new ways of working with areas of life that are experienced as problematic or painful. Relationship challenges, physical symptoms, career conflicts and social tensions are approached with curiosity, respect and creativity. In using process work, I believe that the solution to a problem is contained within the disturbance itself; and I provide practical ways through which individuals, couples and groups can connect with greater awareness.

I use both Process work and Intentional Psychology in my practice. In using Intentional psycholgy, I assist people in creating goals and visions, and then attaining their intentions. My specialities are relationship work, parenting, women's issues and career support.

In using Process Work and a Spiritual approach, I offer a unique therapy where people can make fulfilling and creative changes. I have facilitated workshops and retreats through out the United States. And, in Los Angeles, I've conducted many groups. My Women's Circle has been meeting for seven years.”
