At The Journey Counseling Center, I deal with a wide range of psychological and body/mind issues
ranging from
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Chronic Pain Syndrome, to depression, anxiety, panic and habit disorders.
In the WELLNESS arena,
athletes, students, businesspeople and pre-surgical patients, improve skills in their chosen areas or endeavors.
While I have many interests, Clinical Hypnosis has held a special place for me for many years. It is a practice which reveals great strengths and aids in overcoming self-imposed limitations. The thrill I experience when clients accomplish what they thought was" impossible" has been a continuing source of inspiration .
