“A calm and undisturbed heart and mind are the life and health of the body...(proverbs 14:30)." I believe in the work I do, and sincerely want to help people live richer, more satisfying lives. Are you living the life you'd like to be living? Are you feeling out of control, angry, empty, depressed, anxious, or just not yourself lately? If these feelings are negatively effecting your life, I can help you regain control of your life. I counsel children, adolescents and adults suffering from an array of problems.

I work with parents to help them understand their children, by building structure in their lives and setting healthy boundaries. I also provide marriage counseling for those couples who are struggling in their marriages with concerns of infidelity, communications problems, anger, guilt, resentment, unforgiveness , and generally, a loss of hope.

My goal and desire is to help individuals, couples and families achieve and maintain healthy balanced lives. What's your goal for yourself, your marriage, and your children? I am a Christian therapist with eleven years of clinical experience, and five years as a school counselor. Help is available.”
