I help people to achieve optimal mental health through professional guidance, support, and encouragement. I strongly believe that people have the ability to find their own strength in the healing and growing process. My job is to guide people in finding this strength, and then utilize it to find resolutions.
Each client is an individual and that individuality is crucial in the therapeutic process. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist and also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play in my practice to treat issues related to Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.
I believe in using a direct, honest, and supportive approach with my clients. I help you to feel comfortable which enables you to discuss your problem and gives you the strength to deal with that problem. My sessions are interactive and thought provoking, which enhances the healing and growing process.
