Do you feel connected and passionate within yourself? With your partner? My professional focus is in helping individuals and couples develop deeply connected, intimate and vibrant relationships with their partner and within themselves. I have found that a committed couple can often work through hurt, misunderstanding, and loneliness to find a relationship that feels safe, loving, and deeply engaged. I work in an open, encouraging, and emotionally attuned style that respects each partner's experience, which can then help to dissolve painful, disconnecting cycles and develop new enlivening, loving, and connected ways of relating.
I have a passion for collaborating with individuals and couples to create deep and vibrant emotionally intimate connections. To witness my couples holding hands or hugging after an especially engaging session is extremely fulfilling. Couples really need a safe space for clarity, encouragement, understanding, along with specific skills for connecting.
Similarly, we all have a relationship within ourselves. This relationship may be sad, lonely, angry, and disconnected, or more content and compassionate.
