In addition to working one-to-one with clients, I use my writing and speaking to help people understand how our own wounds and healing affect our world’s wounds and healing. Along with my first book, “Power Abused, Power Healed,” I recently published a new book, “How Did We Get Here?” exploring the real roots of the heart-breaking condition of our world, and how we can help heal those roots.
I can help you go beyond bandaids, settling for just being “functional,” and defending against feelings, to truly understanding yourself, building your capacity to feel safely, and healing past wounds and trauma instead of leaving them buried to create more suffering.
