It is refreshing to provide a comfortable place for you to express your true feelings, to problem-solve and clarify your thinking. It is OK to seek help. Emotional overload happens to everyone. Your problem doesn't define your value. Imagine newborn babies. They are all equal and valuable. Self-limiting beliefs are "learned" later. It is an essential understanding that your true self is perfect.
My style is conversational, practical, problem-solving, warm. Often, a sense of urgency may motivate people to start therapy. I teach ways to calm the mind and body here and now, AND I try to provide something that will help keep the same problem from repeating in your future. This is most important.
