I have been very successful in helping liberating the part of the self, not determined by hereditary or environmental factors and giving individuals back the power to make changes they wish to see in their lives.
After 40 years of practice, my therapeutic approach is eclectic. I believe no one approach is suitable for everyone. Primarily it is transactional - analysis, coupled with an understanding of how ethnicity plays a part in shaping how we see ourselves.
