Counseling and coaching can provide us with new perspectives and tools to help us address life's challenges/obstacles more effectively and constructively. Together we work through seemingly impossible impasses to a deeper, more stable sense of well-being, internally and inter-personally. Helping clients adopt positive habits by tapping into their own inner compass and hidden gifts is one of many privileges of my profession.
My approach is collaborative and solution-oriented, aiming at helping individuals or relationships develop healthier patterns of thinking, behaving, and relating. This model is most helpful for those interested in thriving, and going beyond overcoming life's challenges -i.e., personal transition; relationships; second family dynamics; or professional stress.
I witness clients develop and maintain meaningful changes by revising old mental habits through newly developed awareness, skills and practices. By doing so they reprogram the habitual brain, strengthening a sense of agency and resiliency. We do this work in a safe and collaborative environment, fostering self-trust to deepen.
