Hi. I look forward to speaking with you directly about my services. In my more than 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, I have worked with clients from many backgrounds and with many different kinds of problems. Some of my areas of expertise include work with life crises, anxiety and depression, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, parenting and family issues and problem behaviors. When I encounter a problem for which I am not fully trained, I am more than happy to direct clients to an appropriate service provider.
My focus in therapy is to design an individualized treatment approach that will work for you. My therapy style is generally very active. You and I work together to change some of the ways that you think and behave that may be keeping you from reaching your goals and finding life satisfaction.
My office is located in a quiet, friendly suite of offices shared with other mental health professionals. As there is no receptionist, you will speak directly with me to set appointments. I am happy to answer questions and to check your insurance coverage. Feel free to phone or email me.
