My basic orientation is humanistic, strengths-based, client-centered counseling. I have also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) a very effective therapy for releasing negative emotions and beliefs. I also use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is particularly effective with anxiety, depression and stress.
