Having been a psychiatric nurse, I left that strictly medical model to assist those with mental and emotional needs, as a therapist, in a more personalized and individualized counseling setting. For 39 years I have helped couples, families, and individuals of all ages. I have had 15 years experience working with the chronically mentally ill.
In our time together I will strive to help you feel safe, valued and competent in our work. Being sensitive to a diverse range of individual needs, I offer in home counseling when needed.
