I work with individuals to address issues of stress, grief and loss, codependency, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and facilitate performance enhancement and psychospiritual healing. Performance enhancement helps you visualize the person you want to become and remove roadblocks that get in the way of becoming that person. I define a trauma as an event that has a lasting negative effect. EMDR and Braingpotting are two of the therapeutic modalities I utilize to help negative experiences become unstuck and heal the wounds caused by stressors, trauma, and neglect.
We are all emotional, physical, and spiritual beings. Experiencing wounding in any of those areas has a profound impact on all three areas. Psychotherapy can bring the client to a state of forgiveness, gratitude, joy, and love, bringing spiritual, emotional, and physical healing and wholeness.
I have received specialized training and Certification in Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR). I have also received training and certification in Brainspotting. I also have specialized training in Performance Enhancement, Grief Recovery, codependency, and different levels of trauma.
