“The decision to work with a therapist is an important step in changing circumstances that are no longer comfortable, perhaps unbearable, and need focused attention. When your relationships aren't working, or you're unhappy with who you are in life and in your body, a certain isolation creeps over your days. My work is collaborative in nature, gathering insight from your strong intuitive sense of what is necessary to heal. I value a quiet, private setting for the work we do together, so you will find my office to be a safe, soothing place.

Intimacy issues, romance and/or relationship addiction,depression and navigating healthy sexuality are areas of concern for many adults. I have specialized training in the neurochemistry of attachment and relationships that directs the treatment process. Desiring love is a normal human need as healthy relationships are necessary for optimuum brain health.
