I value sincerity, humor, self-responsibility, experiences, and I see self care as a way of life. I have a deep respect for social justice issues and a strong commitment to my professional ethics. I use EMDR and in general my approach is active and collaborative.
I have worked in multiple settings, most recently serving three years as the Clinical Director for a private mental health agency before starting my private practice in 2005. I also teach occasionally at two local graduate programs for Marriage and Family Therapy.
