“Most of my clients simply need to know they are not crazy, that they are not alone! Finding out that what you're dealing with is not only normal, but that it can change, often makes all the difference! If you've been feeling like there's something wrong with you, or that you're alone with your problems, now might be the time to reach out for help. While I have years of experience and training, I believe my ability to heal comes down to simply being genuine and caring with my clients. I offer them compassion, trust and refuge.
For the past 12 years I've been combining traditional psychotherapy with current neuroscience research, Eastern spiritual practice, and somatic (body-centered) psychotherapy to form an eclectic, holistic approach. I work with adults, couples and children, and feel that my role is to help you find your authentic self.
While I work with all sorts of folks, I do have extensive experinece working with men with histories of sexual abuse, and with children who are or are in the process of being adopted and their families.Additionally I'm a clinical supervisor.”
