Is your anxiety getting the best of you? Would you like to feel more stable and have more peace? Are your relationships suffering because of your mood? For over 20 years I have helped people achieve their goals and find peace in their lives. I am best known for my skills in treating people who have difficult situations, feel out of control over their lives, and need more stability in their emotions and relationships. Being proactive in therapy I tend to have individuals do outside work to enhance the therapy process, such as mindfulness and meditation.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help others improve mood, stop compulsive behaviors, as well as improve relationships in their lives. I also offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy groups for the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder. Stress management and mindfulness techniques are also employed in my clinic.
The Center for Mind Body Health takes extra measures to provide high quality care in a comfortable environment, while preserving the confidentiality of our patients. We have a network of psychiatrists and other professionals who provide expert care and consulting on a variety of issues and are available as needed.
