Creator Valerie Simon, LCSW, TEP, CET III, has been in private practice for 20+ years and specializes in the relationship between trauma and addiction/co-dependency. Jessica Welker, MHC specializes in working with trauma and LGBTQIA+ people. She utilizes IFS, DBT, mindfulness, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
We are very skilled at creating a warm and comfortable space for people who are on a quest for self-actualization. We creatively guide people to explore relationship patterns, heal trauma that gets stored in the body, and release any emotional blocks. We are a group practice and can find the right therapist for your needs and budget.
We facilitate Open Psychodrama Workshops and Psychodrama groups, as well as workshops for LGBTQIA+ folks.
