I have been trained by alternative healers, Shamans, as well as in Traditional Western psychology. I use trauma informed mindful cognitive behavioral therapy, energy psychology, solution focused therapy, positive psychology and as well as art, music, nature and natural healing elements. We will work together to create a plan for your evolution.
I know what it is like to be thrown off. To blame yourself. to want so badly to transform but do not know how.
