Hello, I'm Dr. Gary Chase, a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience in helping people find effective solutions to their problems. I accept a number of insurances. It is always best to contact your insurance carrier first to determine whether I am in your network and whether you need pre-authorization to see me. You will be responsible for your copay after each session.
