I draw from several methods, including psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive approaches, to find the tools that fit your needs. I also believe the time line for each client varies. Depending on the situation, we can see powerful effects from short-term as well as long-term therapy.

I provide a safe, open, and nonjudgmental environment for sharing your fears and frustrations. And we will do more than talk: we will actively work together to identify any problems that are holding you back and to develop concrete solutions to them.
