I provide counseling that is cognitively-based, direct, yet non-judgmental and down-to-earth. I believe humor is an important component of the therapeutic process and I use it often, while being sensitive to my clients' concerns. I believe my style helps people be more at ease when talking about issues they need help with. My ideal client is someone who believes in the possible; someone who wants to explore and learn their true potential. Now I offer online counseling for NJ residents. This provides another way for people to address their concerns in the privacy of their own space.

I use CBT techniques to challenge and reality test client's thoughts and behaviors to create a positive change. I provide stress management for individuals suffering from anxiety-related issues; including the use of cranial-electrotherapy stimulation (CES) to reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as related sleep issues.

I am down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and I care about the people I work with. I am not a passive observer in therapy; I am an active participant throughout the process of one's self-discovery. While I may not tell you what you want to hear, you will receive honest helpful feedback that will assist you in your quest for positive life changes.
