Sometimes trying to handle life on your own can be difficult - especially when you are emotionally close to your situation. With what we're collectively going through, things you were dealing with prior can feel even more intense. In exchange for your willingness to reach out, I will work to offer you support, guidance and a new perspective.
I offer an eclectic approach, which is primarily based on what my clients prefer. Some people want their counselor to listen and give gentle support, while others want their counselor to be more directive and to give candid advice. I am comfortable adjusting my approach to meet my clients' individual needs.
