My life coaching emphasizes work~life balance, examining life roles, plus time and stress management. I also have specialty training in the administration and interpretation of personality and career assessments. My credentials include: Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Distance Credentialed Facilitator (DCF), Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Holistic Stress Management Specialist, Qualified MBTI & Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner, and Registered Test Administrator -Society for Human Resource Management.

In Coaching, coach and client work together to identify what motivates the client and to clarify aspirations the client can pursue with passion. Coaching provides a framework of support and encouragement for the client, to identify goals and take very specific, immediate steps to achieve meaningful results.

My career spans 20 years of experience in human resources, health care management, and professional coaching. I coach clients using a strengths-based approach blended with elements of positive psychology, solution focused change, and intuitive career design.
