“Is your life lacking a crucial dimension? Are you suffering from ungratifying relationships? Do you find yourself in frustratingly similar binds over and over but are not clear how you got there or how to free yourself? Do you attract difficult or impossible people, or seek more effective ways to manage them? You may be living according to a "blueprint" you scarcely know. Would you like to explore, and transform, your blueprint? I work with adults, and parent-child pairs, to identify frustrating patterns in relationships, their sources, and the "filters" and "blinders" that powerfully affect others.

Together we will discover alternatives and previously unimagined possibilities; clients cultivate the capacity for more ease, choice, zest, playfulness, and resilience. In this way, awareness is increased; energy is freed for creative, satisfying engagement in work, love and life. Clients move from entrenched to enriched.

My special interests include helping women form healthy relationships with their mothers and children. I also offer a particular understanding of the issues artists, writers and others who do creative work may face (I have an MA in Writing as well as a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology).”
