“Are you in transition around your job or relationship? Although often difficult, periods of change can offer opportunities to bring your life more in alignment with what is truly authentic and fulfilling for you. Relationship problems? I assist (traditional/alternative/ queer) couples to develop better communications skills and overcome blocks to sex, intimacy, trust. Food + weight struggles? As Director of the Eating Disorders Program at Community Institute of Psychotherapy (San Rafael), I advocate a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach. I also work with trauma/ abuse survivors using EMDR and somatic (body/ mind) psychotherapy techniques with a high effectiveness rating.

Couples are you struggling with trust, intimacy and/ or betrayal issues? Are you tired of going around and around in the same old arguments? Or worse have you stopped communicating with each other at all? Learn how to stop the negative cycle with effective communication 'tools' to use at home.

As a somatically trained psychotherapist and yoga teacher, one of the ways I can assist you to make the changes you want is to foster body/mind awareness. This does not involve touch. I also teach beginner's astrology classes. The astrological birthchart can offer a unique transpersonal perspective.”
