I provide individual and couples counseling to adults, age18-65+. The individuals that I work with are often in the middle of a life change or wanting to find new ways to manage life's challenges. Couples that I work with are often looking to improve communication in their relationship. Some are embarking on new chapters; others are in the midst of conflict. I have experience and a special interest in life events and changes, sexual orientation, gender identity/transition, grief and loss, and chronic or life-threatening illness.
My approach is collaborative and interactive. Clients tell me that I have a warm and genuine style that helps them feel welcomed, safe and understood.
