“I look forward to providing you with a supportive, accepting and helpful experience in addressing your life's problems. I help people with problems ranging from relationship, work and parenting difficulties to depression, divorce, and grieving. We all have times when difficult emotions seem to become overwhelming and we are unsure what is the best way to cope or move forward. Seeking some guidance and support at these times is one of the healthiest things you can do. For me, it is always an honor to become a trusted support and helpmate through difficult times.

I help couples learn to work through difficult problems and strengthen their relationships. I help families resovle conflicts and strengthen loving bonds. I enjoy working with parents, children and teens. I have experience working with ADHD children and ADD adults. I have experience helping recovering addicts/alcoholics and their families.

In addition to the traditional talk therapies which deal in a direct way with emotions, thoughts and behaviors, I also use process painting, sand tray therapy and play therapy. As well as being very helpful with children, the process painting and sand tray therapy methods are also great for adults.”
