I help clients gain understanding and insight into how negative patterns develop. Together we uncover the underlying causes of thoughts and behaviors that may no longer be serving them. Then they begin to make changes that will produce real and lasting differences in their lives - which ultimately result in changes in their feelings - and reactions.
I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy, using a number of different therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of each of my clients. We work together to incorporate more productive behaviors into their lives - which leads to healthier feelings and more positive outcomes.
