“I often tell my clients they are doing a nice thing for themselves by going to psychotherapy. One does not need to wait for a difficulty to arise as a motivator to enter therapy. Participating in therapy sessions can bring greater in-depth personal exploration and better, more fulfilling relationships with others. My approach is COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL as a foundation, combined with CONTEMPORARY PSYCHOANALYSIS. I actively work with clients who are facilitators of their change. I believe the collaboration between the therapist and client is a platform from which the client can safely explore how they normally enact with others.

What is unique about my practice is that I bring a wealth of personal experiences as an individual with a hearing loss and have had anxiety issues. Having these challenges ground me to be a more sensitive and caring person with an enhanced understanding of anyone who steps into my office.
