“I have been providing psychotherapy services in Houston for over twenty five years. I work with men, women and couples of all sorts who want to improve their coping skills, reduce hurtful behavior patterns, and live emotionally healthier lives. Some clients prefer to participate in individual therapy, while others find marriage or relationship counseling to be more helpful to solve their emotional or family problems.

One area of expertise is marriage assessment and therapy. I have worked with many couples to improve their relationships. I also provide grief and bereavement therapy. Clients who have lost loved ones benefit greatly from supportive and guiding counseling. I provide divorce assessment/therapy and step family adjustment counseling.

In addition to treating depression, anxiety and panic disorders, many of my clients find psychotherapy beneficial for handling stressful life changes. I also am very experienced and interested in working chronic health problems and with mind/body wellness.”
