My practice is full. I am not accepting new clients at the time. / Are you looking for a way to live more fully in the present and want help letting go of past experiences or self-defeating beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors? Are you in pain because of a damaged relationship, past trauma, chronic self-doubt, or all three? I have unique skills and experience that can help. Clients say I am patient, down-to-earth, direct, and collaborative. I am ready to walk with you on the path towards the changes you long to see and experience.
After creating a safe space, I will help you identify the patterns that impede progress and the positive intentions behind them. Developing a compassionate witnessing presence inside is the key to moving past what gets in the way of growth. This work goes deep and can profoundly transform the relationship you have with yourself and important others.
I have advanced training in Internal Family Systems Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals. They are trauma informed and experiential. My seminary training prepared me well to address issues around spiritual integration and spiritual abuse. I value working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and cultural and religious traditions.
