“Are you tired of having the same argument with your partner? Do you feel like stress is getting in the way of intimacy and/or fun? Too "stuck" to achieve goals? Or burdened by too much physical or emotional pain? My goal as a couples counselor and therapist is to support your desired changes by assisting you with accessing and honoring your inner wisdom and developing the transformational skills needed to create the life of your dreams. I strive to make the counseling process as experential as possible in order to make change as easy as possible.

My approach is described as gentle, insightful, respectful, practical and effective. I use methods that respect and integrate the wisdom of mind, body, and heart because our work together is a journey towards the expression of authentic self. I view you as the expert on where you want to be.
