For over 25 years I have integrated the science of psychology with the art of psychotherapy to achieve these goals.I will help you break out of intractable patterns and discover better ways of being with yourself and relating to others.
With you, I tailor traditional forms of therapy with new insights from attachment research and neuroscience. I help you listen to the "body language" of your sensations, movement and imagery to bring not only a fresh understanding of your issues but help you move in a better direction.
In addition to my private practice, I provide consultation to colleagues, facilitate trainings in Somatic Transformation Psychotherapy, and give professional presentations.
