Watch how a person builds a sandcastle, a philosopher once said. The first person will proceed hesitantly, fretting about the inevitable return of the waves. The aim of my work is emotional intelligence, which is the capacity to reconcile the contradictions inside ourselves in order to become more vital, creative, flexible, and accepting of our self.

Together, we will find practical solutions, renewed purpose, and cultivate relational harmony. I work with people of all ages. As a psychologist, I have been on the teaching faculties at DU & CU.
