This group is for those that suffer from depressive disorders. Great aftercare service. Come and join us in a confidential, safe, supportive environment.

Depression & Grief Relief
Every other Saturday at 4:30pm - 5:30pm
$20 - $30 per session

This group is for person who is feeling alone, sad, and or hopeless. Perhaps needing a place to feel connected and have a sense of renewal. We learn coping skills for depression and grief. We also focus on the challenges of being in situations in life that seem impossible and appear to have no solutions.
