I have 24 yrs experience working with challenging kids & supporting parents & adults in special education & mental health. Special interests are in: anxiety, special needs kids & families,coaching parents, eating disorders, chronic pain, grief & loss. I blend cognitive/behavioral, family systems & positive psychology with art & play therapy wherever appropriate.
My studio/office is in my home with two friendly cats on a quiet street with a separate side entrance. I teach you how to re think problems and express your feelings, using simple drawing exercises, storyboarding(like comics) and a long list of practical ways to help yourself.
