“If you are seeking couples counseling, or if you are a parent who wants help developing new parenting strategies, I have the skills and experience to help. Pre-adoption psychological evaluations are one of my specialties, as are parenting consultations for parents of adopted children. I have specific experience with stress management, college student mental health issues, and LGBT issues including couples counseling. I also enjoy working with women who are struggling with relationship issues, work/life balance, or childhood traumas.

I was broadly trained in a variety of techniques, so we can choose what will work best for you. I believe in setting attainable goals and helping you meet those goals. I believe that you have a unique set of strengths that we can put to work for us.

In addition to individual, couples, and family therapy, I also provide coaching in the area of parenting and career or life changes. Coaching is different from psychotherapy in that it is relatively brief in duration (1-5 sessions) and is focused on a specific issue that is immediately facing you.”
