I welcome working with people who are struggling with the many challenges that life brings. I find those who are dealing with either acute or chronic stress are particularly responsive to my services. Often it is times of crisis in our lives that motivate us toward meaningful change.
In addition to my work in crisis intervention and solution focused therapy, I have thirty year's experience working with couples, families and children. My approach with clients honors not only the person's individual needs but also the importance of their interpersonal relationships.
My private practice has benefited by my work in a variety of settings where I have been able to collaborate with other professionals. These experiences include: teaching at UC Riverside's School of Medicine, providing therapy in the local schools, working in multidisciplinary mental health clinics,in hospital and residential settings, and providing clinical supervision.
