As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, I have over 20 years experience with individuals, families and couples resolving struggles and improving life. My training enables me to look at problems in the context of all areas of your life; including, but not limited to, family and other important relationships, jobs, illnesses, and stressors. I incorporate Christian spirituality, if that is your desire.
I am committed to enriching, strengthening, and facilitating healing in marriages, if that is your goal. Understandingly, I know divorce sometimes happens. Therefore, I am involved in Collaborative Divorce because I am motivated to helping families through the difficult transition. I am also experienced in working with schools and social service agencies.
I use a systemic approach, which looks at the people involved as a unit, then as each member changes, healing comes. I often look at family genology, how the family we grew up in, affects relationships and behaviors today. Through all of us working together, to bring health, life can be good!
