“I am a results oriented therapist, educated at Harvard and Boston Universities, with over 30 years experience. My goal has been to master the most effective methods to create change. This has enabled me to work purposefully with clients to solve problems and reach higher levels of functioning. My greatest talent has been in helping clients to overcome fears such as public speaking, performing, finding success at work and academics, and making the leap to new and challenging careers. Empathic and caring, I work extensively with trauma, anxieties, and relationships. I also practice Neurofeedback, which can help ADD, depression, and stress.
The overarching philosophy of my practice is to work with the client's unique core strengths, as opposed to focusing only on pathology. I teach clients techniques to boost their functioning on their own. I am active, empathic, directive, utilising EMDR for traumas and fears, Positive Psychology, Neurofeedback, and Mental Training.
A talent for seeing and bringing out the best in people, combined with advanced training, research, and creating new techniques has defined my Peak Performance and therapy work. I've been privileged to help many capable people overcome the anxieties that blocked them from success and fulfillment.”
